This is the METL PRC (Patch Retention Clip). One side comes with a removable blood type display plate or METL brand logo plate, and the other side has loop fastener material, standard for displaying patches. These clips are designed for METL Magpatch sized Ranger Eye patches, but any patch similar in size will work with them. Patch not included. For a demonstration, see this video:
